About

Meet the Messmaker-in-Chief

Hi, I’m Sarah Louise Windisch—printmaker, shirt-slinger, and recovering music teacher turned full-time art goblin.

My work lives somewhere between rebellion and ridiculous joy. I carve lino blocks, sling ink, and press out limited-run prints that are loud, handmade, and a little feral—just the way I like it.

If you were the nerdy punk/goth/emo kid in high school who grew up to be a weird and wonderful parent (or plant/pet/honorary parent), you’re my people. I make art for the alt-hearted. The chronically online. The folks who want something bold and personal hanging on their wall—or better yet, on their body.

You’ll find folklore, parenthood, Hozier lyrics, anti-capitalist birds, and emotional rodents all mashed together in this shop. Everything’s hand-printed by me, usually in the company of snacks and a playlist that swings from riot grrrl to sad dad rock.

Thanks for being here.

You’re officially part of the cool mom club - because being a cool mom has nothing to do with gender, and everything to do with being a role model and nurturing others, related to you or not. 🧡
